About AstroProcessor

AstroProcessor is professional astrology software in the browser: natal, horary and astrocartography charts computed from NASA/JPL-grade ephemeris data, set to your house system and orbs, with an AI-assisted chat that reads the chart with you.

What AstroProcessor is

Open the site and a chart is already on screen, cast for the current moment. There are three calculators, natal, horary and astrocartography, and a saved chart can be extended with transits, progressions, directions, solar and lunar returns, synastry and relocation places.

Who builds it

AstroProcessor is built in Barcelona, Spain, by a practicing astrologer and engineer.

Where the method comes from

Horary follows William Lilly’s Christian Astrology of 1647: Regiomontanus cusps, Lilly’s moieties for the orbs and his rules for perfection. Essential dignity follows the traditional table, and a nativity uses the house system you choose, in the tropical zodiac.

Where the numbers come from

  • Planetary positions: NASA/JPL-grade ephemeris data. On a desktop browser the chart is computed on your own machine.
  • Places: more than 170,000 cities and towns, from GeoNames.
  • Time zones and daylight saving time, historical changes included: the IANA time zone database.

What the AI does, and what it leaves to you

The chat reads the chart on screen with you, works from a written method and fixed rules, and calls the ephemeris for other dates and places. The judgment stays yours. A natal report runs 17 sections and a 6-part appendix and arrives as a PDF.

Your charts, your account

A chart you save is yours to hand out and to take back: the dashboard mints a link for it and removes that link again. Deleting the account from Settings deletes what it holds.

Frequently asked questions

Where do the planetary positions come from?

From NASA/JPL-grade ephemeris data, the astronomical source professional software relies on. On a desktop browser they are computed in the browser itself.
